Within moments of receiving a referral, our team of Intake Specialists begin checking benefits and obtaining necessary authorizations. MedRx Infusion offers convenient delivery to patients’ homes, provides ongoing patient support, compliance monitoring and disease specific treatments.

MedRx Infusion will provide patients with specialty, home infusion and compouding pharmacy services, skilled nurses and DME. Our pharmacists work closely with the patient, the prescribing physician and nurses to ensure that the care provided is the most appropriate for the individual. Pharmacists ensure comprehensive monitoring of lab results and adherence of the medication therapy to achieve highest possible outcome.

Note: Faxed prescriptions can only be accepted from the prescribing practitioner. If you are using the Fax Referral Form to self-refer to MedRx Infusion, a physician’s signature and original prescription drug order are required. If materials include Protected Health Information (PHI), MedRx Infusion will maintain strict adherence to HIPAA Privacy guidelines.
