Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy in California

• IV antibiotics at home. For infections such as bone infections (osteomyelitis) and skin infections (cellulitis), with care for your PICC line.
• Parenteral nutrition (TPN). Nutrition given through an IV for people who can’t get enough from food.
• Rheumatology infusions. Medicines such as Benlysta for lupus and Krystexxa for gout that other medicines haven’t controlled, plus Orencia, Actemra and rituximab.
• Rare disease medicines. Such as Tepezza for thyroid eye disease.
• IVIG and SCIG. Immune globulin by vein or under the skin.

We deliver your medicines and supplies to your door, and delivery is free. Next-day delivery is available in California, though delivery times can vary by location.

If your therapy needs a nurse, we send one to your home. The nurses we send are skilled, trusted and licensed, and they come from accredited nursing agencies in California. The nurse gives your infusion, cares for your IV line and draws labs when your doctor orders them.

Our pharmacists are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We work with many health plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare and many others. We also take Medi-Cal.

Before your first delivery, our intake team checks your coverage and handles prior authorization with your doctor’s office.
