Accreditations and Licenses
Two outside groups, URAC and ACHC, have checked MedRx Infusion against their national standards and accredited us. Here is what each one covers, when it began, and how you can check it yourself.
What accreditation means
Accreditation means an outside group has checked how a pharmacy works and found that it meets the group's standards. Each accreditation lasts for a set time. To keep it, the pharmacy is checked again.
MedRx Infusion Clinical Pharmacy, in Inglewood, California, is accredited by two of these groups: URAC and the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
URAC: specialty pharmacy
URAC accredits MedRx Infusion Clinical Pharmacy as a specialty pharmacy. A specialty pharmacy provides medicines for long-term, complex or rare conditions.
- Program: Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation
- Valid from: April 1, 2025
- Check it: MedRx Infusion in URAC's directory
ACHC: pharmacy
The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) accredits MedRx Infusion Clinical Pharmacy as a pharmacy. The accreditation covers three of our services:
- Infusion nursing
- Infusion pharmacy, including sterile compounding (preparing IV medicines so they stay free of germs)
- Specialty pharmacy
It is valid from April 22, 2024. Check it: MedRx Infusion in ACHC's directory
