Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir)

Filled with a prescription and delivered free to your door, with help on prior authorization.

Vosevi is a pill that combines three antiviral medicines: sofosbuvir, velpatasvir and voxilaprevir. They act directly on the hepatitis C virus and block three proteins (NS5B, NS5A and NS3/4A) the virus needs to make copies of itself.

MedRx Infusion can fill Vosevi with a prescription and deliver it free to your door.

What Vosevi is prescribed for

  • Chronic hepatitis C (HCV): adults with long-term hepatitis C (a virus that harms the liver) who have no cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) or only mild cirrhosis (compensated, Child-Pugh A), and who were treated for hepatitis C before: genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 after a regimen with an NS5A inhibitor, or genotype 1a or 3 after a regimen with sofosbuvir but no NS5A inhibitor.

A prescription is required. Your prescriber decides whether Vosevi is right for you.

How Vosevi is given

Taken by mouth. We ship it to your door.

Storage: Store it below 86°F (30°C). Keep the tablets in their original bottle.

Before you start

Before the first dose, your prescriber may ask for:

  • a blood test for current or past hepatitis B infection (HBsAg and anti-HBc)

Important safety information: This medicine has a boxed warning about hepatitis B coming back (reactivation) in people who have both hepatitis C and hepatitis B. In some people this led to serious liver damage, liver failure and death.

Read the Medication Guide and the full Vosevi prescribing information, and ask your prescriber or our pharmacists about side effects. Our pharmacists are on call 24 hours a day.
