Rystiggo (rozanolixizumab-noli)

Filled with a prescription and delivered free to your door, with help on prior authorization.

Rystiggo is a biologic medicine called a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) blocker. It lowers the amount of IgG antibodies (a type of immune protein) in the blood.

MedRx Infusion can fill Rystiggo with a prescription and deliver it free to your door.

What Rystiggo is prescribed for

  • Generalized myasthenia gravis: adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (an immune disease that causes muscle weakness) who test positive for anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) or anti-muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) antibodies.

A prescription is required. Your prescriber decides whether Rystiggo is right for you.

How Rystiggo is given

Infusion under the skin, with a small pump, given by a healthcare professional. When your prescriber agrees it can be given at home, we send a skilled nurse from an accredited nursing agency to give it.

Before you start

Before the first dose, your prescriber may ask for:

  • a check of your vaccines, to see if you need any before treatment starts (live vaccines are not recommended during treatment)

Read the Medication Guide and the full Rystiggo prescribing information, and ask your prescriber or our pharmacists about side effects. Our pharmacists are on call 24 hours a day.
